Barbara has been a licensed Realtor since 1989. She relocated to Barrie in the early 90's and achieved top producer status at the age of 24. She is a Broker, an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative)a C-CREC (Certified Consumer Real Estate Consultant) and most recently she has added CRS (Certified Relocation Specialist) to her list of qualifications/designations. Several years and several hundred clients later, a change in direction and a focus on the future led to the formation of the Sold on Barrie Team. Riding the wave of change, Barbara is committed to improving the dissemination of service from Realtor to Client. Barbara is also an instructor for the Ontario Real Estate Associations and the Real Estate Training institute of Ontario. She has mentored hundreds of new members into the Real Estate business and presently facilitates the ABR designation course to existing Realtors in the Province of Ontario. She is also a recognized instructor for the RECO Code of Ethics and the RECO Legal Update. She is an expert in Agency matters and brings a wealth of expertise to assist her clients in the many aspects of the Real Estate transaction.

Sarah is always on top of current trends and technology with her hands on approach to learning. She is involved in educational seminars and conferences at both the private and board levels. She continually strives to exceed her client's expectations, bringing full service and added value to every real estate transaction.
